Today is Day 1. Today is the first day of gathering irrefutable evidence that you can get in shape while working in investment banking and over the next 6 months I will fully and transparently prove it to you. Here’s how:
Starting in October, I abandoned all of the nutrition strategies I plan to share with you. I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted and even ate extra on purpose. I ate like an average investment banker who does not care about his body. This resulted in me gaining approximately 12 pounds. I did this for you.
I did this so you can trust that the advice I provide actually works, because you will see it work.
I did this because the fitness industry is not nearly as transparent as it needs to be and I want to change that.
In addition to sharing with you every ounce of fitness, nutrition and mindset knowledge I have, I will provide you with the most transparent body transformation you have ever seen.
I will demonstrate that, by using the Wall Street Workouts Fitness and Lifestyle Program, you can get an incredible physique while working 100 hour weeks and still enjoying your life. And as you’ll see, the best part is that it’s simple and it’s sustainable.
Today, I will be sharing the typical “before” pictures, but done the Wall Street Workouts way. I will take these pictures from 8 different angles, both flexed and unflexed.
I will stand in the same spot at the approximately the same time after eating the same food. I will be using the same camera with the same lighting. My body will be groomed in the same way (I will not have shaved any more or less). I will not be using baby oil. My hair will be the same. I will not have an unnatural tan. I do not even own photoshop. These are all tricks of the trade that highlight the effects of before and after pictures you see in typical ads. I will use none of them. If I have to change something, I will tell you and explain why. Here are the pictures.
I am aware that I am already in “above average” shape. But that should not be a problem for two reasons.
- If I’m already in good shape after 3 months of terrible dieting it shows you that what I do has worked in the past and that you will not “lose your gains” even if you fall off the wagon for a while (don’t worry, you won’t).
- It will make what I am doing even harder. If my techniques allow me to lose my last 12 pounds of excess body fat and drop below 10%, imagine what they will do for someone who is 30 pounds overweight, or someone who lacks muscle and has tons of room for “newbie” gains.

Taking Transparency to Another Level
Because I don’t believe consistent pictures provide enough transparency I am going to take it a step further by providing additional proof.
Providing my measurements will allow me to objectively show the muscle growth I attain over the next 6 months.
Here are my current measurements of the key body parts for the golden ratio.
Waist – 34 inches Chest – 44.5 inches Shoulders – 48.5 inches
Wrist – 7 inches Forearm – 11.25 inches Bicep – 14.25 inches
Ankle – 9 inches Calf – 14.25 inches
Knee – 15 inches Lower Thigh – 19 inch Upper Thigh – 23 inches
I will provide updated measurements every month.
Providing my Essential Lift Max Weights x 3 Reps and x 1 Rep will allow me to objectively show the strength gains I make over the next 6 months.
Here are my Max Weights x 3 Reps and x 1 Rep including video evidence.
Squat: 315 x 3 ; 335 x 1
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press: 85 x 3 ; 90 x 1
Dumbbell Overhead Press: 75 x 3 ; 80 x 1
Weighted Pull-ups: 70 x 3 ; 90 x 1
I will provide updated strength measurements every 3 months.
In addition, I will be posting my complete blood work results this week so it is 100% out of the question that any of my results are due to illegal supplements like testosterone, HGH, or Steroids. I will get my blood work done again after 6 months to show the same.
I will also be getting a DEXA scan, hopefully within the next week. I will be writing a post explaining what a DEXA scan is and talking about my experience getting a DEXA scan, but for now just know it is the “gold standard” of body fat measurement.
I will get another DEXA scan in 6 months to show my body fat loss.
I believe these four things combined with workout and nutrition posts that showcase my hard work will make my transformation, and my entire website, the most transparent fitness platform in existence proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that anyone can build and maintain an incredible physique while having a successful career if they follow my advice.
