The motto of Wall Street Workouts is it’s not easy, but it is simple.
Make no mistake, you will have to work incredibly hard. Despite what the latest “5 Minute Workout” or “Crazy Diet Pill” commercial tells you, there are no shortcuts to a world-class physique.
However, it is not as complicated as bodybuilding websites and “gurus” make it appear. Building an incredible body can be downright simple and can be done while working 80-120 hours a week.

Would you take fashion advice from someone who consistently dresses like a slob? Absolutely not!

Wall Street Workouts will only give advice that I have found essential in my journey to build a killer body while working investment banking hours.

I have made it my mission to convince you beyond a shadow of a doubt that my advice is the cause of my incredible results, and I will accomplish this through unparalleled transparency.

Whatever you may feel about people who work in finance, you cannot deny that they work extremely hard.
By naming the blog Wall Street Workouts, I hope to discourage anyone who is not *willing to think for themselves* or not *willing to work extremely hard* from visiting the site, as those two traits will be essential to maximizing the effectiveness of my advice and will increase the overall quality of the Wall Street Workouts Team.

Who am I?
I am a former Division 1 athlete at a Power-5 conference, a current hedge funder, an amateur chef and a fitness and life enthusiast.
I have an insatiable appetite for looking great and constantly improving myself and I am compelled to share my knowledge with you through this blog.
Give me the opportunity to show you that it is possible to be just as successful in the gym as you are at your job (Top Bucket anyone?) and I promise I will do everything in my power to help you build the body of your dreams.
